We want you to love your Gracie Abrams Official Store merchandise, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed apparel within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition items and signed memorabilia are final sale unless they arrive damaged.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
